Engineering rigor
This is software built by petroleum engineers, not by SaaS developers who discovered oil and gas. Correlations, hydraulics, PVT, inflow, material balance, equipment performance and network solving are the substance of the product — and every result traces to the correlation and the assumption behind it.
Transparent calculations
Intermediate values, not just answers, available at every node. The correlation in use and its validity range are shown beside the result, so a change of method is a visible engineering decision rather than a hidden default.
Validation
Models are validated against measured field data, reported case by case, and the difference between predicted and measured is part of the record.
Connected by design
The production system is connected, so the software is too. Wells, cases, equipment, PVT and networks belong to one engineering environment — a shared model rather than files passed between applications. Reservoir performance affects the well; the well affects artificial lift; surface pressure affects well performance; network constraints affect the whole field.
Where AI fits
AI assists the engineering workflow — model setup, troubleshooting, interpretation, optimization — and never replaces the physics. The hierarchy is deliberate: engineering physics, simulation and optimization, modern workflow, then AI assistance.
